    “I love Anita's Wag's to Riches and so does my Bichon, Josiah. I come all the way from Linden and even though there are groomer's close to me, I will drive all the way to East Brunswick because I know that my Bichon is going to come back looking like a Bichon and happy. Anita is THE BEST groomer in New Jersey and I've been to many and the I finally found her doggie salon. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend her to my friends and family. All of the bad reviews that I've read are bogus because I've never seen any of what the bad viewers claim. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and I'm very picky and Anita is GREAT!”

    “Very hard to find a groomer that groom labradoodles correctly. Anita's is a great place if you need a labradoodle groomed. Friendly Excellent staff. Will bring Dickens back to Anita's. Worth the trip.”

    “Just wanted to say thank you. It's so challenging to find a great groomer, one who really de-sheds long hair dogs and doesn't crate them. Layla came out of there with no stress, which I was surprised, due to the length of the stay. She wasn't limping like she has in the past. I am thrilled. Thanks so much. See you soon.

    “My daughter Kimberley since I can remember simply loved animals especially puppies. For months she was looking for a puppy at shelters and then puppy stores. Oh no! Then there he was a male pomeranian with, you guessed it, lots and lots of fur, long tangley (is that a word?) fur but absolutely adorable. He looked and acted like the son of a lion king so apppropriately he was named Simba. Now there is where Anita came in, Simba with a bad hair day! In came the Lion King and out came an absolutely soft, happy son Simba with his first puppy cut with a powder blue bandana with little bones on it and a B+ First Report Card! So if you're a newcomer into the world or an old timer go for a spa day at Anita's, better still give a gift card to Anita's for the new arrival for your friend or loved one! Love.     “Gwen my yorkie actually loves going to Anita's. She comes back looking beautiful and not at all agitated. She is a yorkie and they are known for being high strung. The staff is lovely and I feel fine leaving Gwen there. I drive all the way from Wrightstown Pa. so that about says it all”

    “Hi MADELINE, if thats your real name. I know all of my clients by name and yours does not come to mind. Nor does the incident that you are suggesting happened to CODY??? But that's ok. I am use to unhappy, miserable and jealous people making false accusations against me in the hopes of making my business less desirable. It just gives me another opportunity to let other people know about my business and what they can expect when they bring their pets in...and that is a true professional and caring environment where their pets are well taken care of. Even though I am told I shouldn't even waste my time and effort in responding to people like you...I can't help it. I love getting these opportunities to respond back to people like you who have so much time on their hands that they feel the need to spread lies about a successful business in the hopes of bringing them down. Not happening my friend. You can attempt to say and spread whatever you like. It really doesn't matter or phase me. I welcome it. I have a very loyal clientele. New clients are welcome to come into my salon and go through any one of my many many clients that I have and call them on site to get a review of me, my business and my professional staff all who have attended grooming schools and have been with me for a number of years. I even come recommended by local and not so local Vets. But you may be right on one thing, and that is that some of my staff does leave. People who are not people or animal friendly or are unpleasant and unprofessional do not work at my salon. I only keep the true professionals. The trash is eventually weeded out, something I am sure you are well accustomed to.

    As far as the school and training goes, get your facts straight before embarrassing yourself. Many of the people I have trained are now successful in their own businesses and have thanked me numerous times for their training and success. Check out anitaswagstoriches.com

    “My dog had a cut by her eye no one told me during grooming. Staff was very fresh. New person every time I came for appoint. Not very experienced or friendly.

    “I took Cody to Anitas very unhappy different
    haircut each time. She is running a school not registered with the State of NJ charging regular prices with in-experienced staff working on the animals. Not a good place!”

    “Recently, I went to Anita's and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. She and her staff were so sweet and treated my dog so well. She gave me some tips on brushing my dog and keeping him smelling fresh. I was very surprised when walking in and seeing how clean it was for a dog spa. I highly recommend this salon.”

    “My aunt's dog Daisy recently had a haircut at Anita's. I would like to say they did a great job. She looked absolutely perfect! She also smelled really good. Everyone at our Petsmart training class recommended Anita's. They have also cut my cousin's pomapoo's hair before and it looked really good. I just wanted to say they did a beautiful job!”

    “The internet is a wonderful tool for businesses but could also be a vice for the competition or ex employees who for whatever reason find it necessary to say untruths about another business in order for them to be less desirable. As a professional, I often like to know what my clients are saying about my business as I am always up to improving if improvement is needed. It is very rare if at all that I do come across a bad review regarding my business. For you Denise who supposedly had a problem with the grooming done at my salon, I would appreciate a phone call from you because I have no recollection at all of your dog or the phone call that you are claiming was made to me. Any potential client is more than welcome to come into my salon and hand pick any one of my clientele and ask for a reference. I am confident that they will be very pleased of the outcome.     “I recently moved to the area and brought my Westie to Anita's. I was very displeased with the quality of the grooming, and I was alarmed that my dog was cut so close I needed to then find a neighborhood vet. When I called her to discuss what occurred she was rude and unprofessional. It was very evident that this business owner did not learn about Customer Service Recovery.”

    “Great place! In the past I was always leary of bringing my pet to a grooming salon. Not anymore. Anita was so nice and I like how she interacted with my Bella. Bella took to her right away. And to top it off her grooming was done to perfection. Koudos to you and your staff for doing a wonderful job. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Anita's to anyone looking for a change.”
